Placing Orders

Before purchasing any Foxhole Armor body armor/plates, make sure you know what laws apply to body armor in your specific locality. You are responsible for following all laws and regulations for your jurisdiction. By placing an order with Foxhole Armor, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your state of residence at the time of purchase;
  • You are not a felon;
  • You are not legally barred from purchasing, possessing, or using the item(s) purchased;
  • You are legally allowed to possess and use the item(s) in your state;
  • Your purchase does not violate any local, state, or federal laws;
  • You are not purchasing the item(s) for criminal or amoral purposes;
  • You will only use the item(s) purchased for lawful purposes;
  • You are purchasing the item(s) on your own behalf and not on behalf someone else in order to avoid complying with these Terms and Conditions;
  • You assume all risk of use (or misuse) of the item(s) purchased;
  • You understand that body armor is not 100% bullet proof – it is bullet-resistant. If a bullet strikes you there is always a risk of injury or death;
  • You assume all liability for your use (or misuse) of our products. You agree to completely release, never bring any action in court, and hold harmless Foxhole Armor and Foxhole Financial, LLC of any and all liability stemming from your purchase, possession, or use of the item(s).

Shipping Orders

We do our best to fulfill orders within 1-2 weeks of receipt and ship all retail orders of body armor via FedEx 2-day air.

Non-law enforcement residents of Connecticut are prohibited from ordering body armor. We cannot accept payments with a CT billing address. We WILL NOT ship to residents of Connecticut.

We WILL NOT ship body armor outside of the United States of America.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated, revised, or changed without prior notice.

Return Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us.

Conditions for Returns
NO REFUNDS are offered once your order has shipped. Because of the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns other than for exchanges of products damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@foxholearmor.com within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the product and the defect. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for products lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We will ship a replacement upon receipt of your defective product. Exchanges will ship to you at no additional cost.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for body armor sets or their components purchased at an in-person event (i.e.: gun show).
